COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

Committed to Children's Privacy and Safety at Andy Device™

Effective date – September 2, 2023

At Andy Device™, we are committed to ensuring the security and privacy of everyone, including children who may visit our site. Although the Andy Device™ is a product designed to help treat certain pediatric conditions, it is understood that it is the parent, caretaker, or other adult who will be purchasing the product for their child.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, the United States’ consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which outlines what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety online.

We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old, nor do we allow third-parties, including ad networks or plug-ins, to collect personally identifiable information (PII) from children under the age of 13.
